MeetAny VIP is a paid subscription that removes ads and unlocks exclusive features. This policy explains how billing works, how to request a refund, and how to cancel your subscription. All payments are handled exclusively by Google Play Billing. MeetAny does not process, access, or refund any payment directly.


1. All Payments via Google Play

All MeetAny VIP subscription purchases, renewals, and billing are managed exclusively by Google Play Billing. This means:

  • Your payment details are held by Google, not by MeetAny.
  • All receipts and invoices are issued by Google Play.
  • Billing disputes are handled by Google, not by MeetAny.
  • Subscription renewals are managed by Google Play automatically.

MeetAny cannot access, modify, or refund any payment. We do not store your Google Play payment information and have no ability to issue refunds directly. All refund requests must go through Google Play.


2. VIP Subscription Plans

MeetAny VIP is available on the following subscription tiers (prices may vary by region and are set by Google Play):

  • Weekly VIP — auto-renews every 7 days
  • Monthly VIP — auto-renews every 30 days
  • Annual VIP — auto-renews every 365 days

Current prices are displayed at the time of purchase in the Google Play Store. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

VIP Benefits

  • Ad-free experience — all in-app advertisements are disabled
  • Gender filter — ability to filter matches by gender preference
  • Priority matching — prioritised pairing in the matching queue
  • Premium features — access to exclusive VIP-only features as added from time to time

VIP benefits are active for the duration of your paid subscription period and deactivate when the subscription lapses or is cancelled.


3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google Play. MeetAny has no ability to issue or approve refunds.

Steps to request a refund via Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right, then select "Payments & subscriptions""Order history".
  3. Find the MeetAny VIP purchase and tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
  4. Follow Google's prompts to complete your refund request.

Alternative: You can also submit a refund request at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory from a web browser. Google Play's refund decisions are final and at Google's sole discretion.


4. Non-Refundable Periods

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has begun:

  • If you have already used VIP features during the billing period, the charge for that period is typically not refundable.
  • Cancelling your VIP subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period already paid. You will retain VIP access until the end of the current period.
  • Partial-period refunds are not available through MeetAny. Google Play may grant refunds at its discretion under its own policies.

Google's standard refund window: Google Play may approve refunds for purchases made within a short window (typically within 48 hours of purchase) under Google's standard policies. MeetAny has no influence over Google Play's refund decisions.


5. How to Cancel Your VIP Subscription

To prevent your VIP subscription from renewing, you must cancel it through Google Play before the next renewal date. Cancelling through MeetAny app settings alone does not cancel the billing subscription.

Steps to cancel:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon"Payments & subscriptions""Subscriptions".
  3. Find MeetAny in the list and tap it.
  4. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your VIP subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • When the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier and ads will resume.
  • Deleting the MeetAny app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play.

Important: If you uninstall MeetAny without cancelling your subscription first, you may continue to be charged. Always cancel through Google Play Subscriptions before uninstalling the app.


6. Account Deletion and VIP Subscriptions

When you request deletion of your MeetAny account:

  • MeetAny operates a 30-day grace period after an account deletion request. Your account and VIP access remain active during this window and your account can be restored if you log back in.
  • After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
  • Account deletion does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel separately through Google Play to avoid future charges.
  • No refund is issued for unused VIP time remaining after account deletion. Cancel your subscription before deleting your account if you wish to avoid a charge for an upcoming renewal.

To delete your account: open MeetAny → Settings → App Setting → Delete Account, or email meetanyapp@gmail.com.


7. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or without authorisation:

  • First, contact Google Play support — Google handles all billing and is best positioned to investigate and resolve billing errors.
  • If you are unable to resolve the issue with Google Play, contact us at meetanyapp@gmail.com with the subject "Billing Dispute — MeetAny VIP". Include your Google Play Order ID (found in your Google Play receipt email) and a description of the dispute.
  • We will investigate and, where possible, assist you in resolving the dispute with Google Play.

Unauthorised purchases

If you did not authorise a VIP purchase (e.g., a family member made the purchase without permission):

  • Report the unauthorised charge to Google Play immediately for a refund review.
  • Consider enabling Google Play purchase authentication to prevent future unauthorised purchases (Google Play → Settings → Authentication).
  • Contact us at meetanyapp@gmail.com if you need further assistance.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of MeetAny VIP after a policy change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
