Welcome to MeetNew

MeetNew is a random video chat platform designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment where users can connect responsibly.

These Community Guidelines work together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Child Safety Standards. By using MeetNew, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

MeetNew is strictly limited to users aged 18 years or older.

  • Users under 18 are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Misrepresentation of age will result in permanent account removal.
  • Suspected minor accounts will be investigated and removed immediately.
  • We use Google Play's Age Signals API to enforce age restrictions.

2. Respectful Behavior

All users must treat others with respect. The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
  • Threats, abusive language, or personal attacks
  • Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or identity
  • Hate speech or content that promotes violence against any group
  • Stalking or unwanted repeated contact

3. Child Safety and CSAE — Zero Tolerance

MeetNew has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly forbidden.
  • Grooming behavior, sextortion targeting minors, or solicitation of minors is prohibited.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will result in an immediate permanent ban and mandatory reporting to NCMEC (CyberTipline) and law enforcement per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

If you encounter CSAE content or behavior, act immediately:

  • Use the in-app report button during or after the call.
  • Email meetanyapp@gmail.com — Subject: CHILD SAFETY — URGENT

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MeetNew:

  • Sexually explicit material or nudity in public or unsolicited contexts
  • Any content involving or exploiting minors
  • Promotion of illegal activity, drugs, or weapons
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
  • Malware, harmful code, or unauthorized data collection
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Impersonation of real people or entities

Violation may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account ban.

5. Live Video Conduct

During live video sessions, users must:

  • Maintain appropriate attire — nudity or sexually explicit behavior is not permitted.
  • Avoid explicit gestures or actions that violate these Guidelines.
  • Not record or distribute video sessions without the other participant's explicit consent.
  • Not pressure others for personal information, money, or explicit content.
  • Disconnect and report immediately if the other user violates these rules.

6. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for any profile photos, usernames, or content they upload or transmit.

  • Profile names and photos must not be offensive, explicit, or impersonate others.
  • MeetNew reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content that violates these Guidelines or our Terms of Use.
  • Repeat violators will be permanently banned.

7. Fraud and Scams

MeetNew prohibits all forms of fraud and deception:

  • Romance scams or financial solicitation under false pretenses
  • Fake profiles or impersonation of another person
  • Requests for money, gift cards, or financial information from other users
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing solicitation, or unauthorized commercial advertising

Report suspected scams via the in-app report feature or email meetanyapp@gmail.com.

8. How to Report a Violation

If you encounter behavior that violates these Guidelines, you have three ways to report:

  • During a call: Tap the flag/report icon on the call screen.
  • From a profile: Tap the user's profile and select "Report."
  • By email: meetanyapp@gmail.com

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reports are treated confidentially. Users who report in good faith will not face any penalty.

9. Enforcement

MeetNew reserves full discretion to take any of the following actions for violations:

  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
  • Reporting CSAE to NCMEC as required by federal law

Enforcement decisions are final. Serious violations — including CSAE, fraud, and underage use — result in immediate permanent action with no prior warning.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines periodically to reflect changes in law or platform policy. Continued use of MeetNew after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised rules. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
