By downloading, installing, or using MeetNew ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MeetNew, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use MeetNew.
2. Eligibility — 18+ Only
MeetNew is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are not permitted to use MeetNew under any circumstances. We use Google Play's Age Signals API and automated detection to enforce this requirement.
If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be permanently terminated immediately and all associated data deleted. No exceptions.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor is using MeetNew, contact us immediately at meetanyapp@gmail.com.
3. Account Security
3.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at meetanyapp@gmail.com of any unauthorised use.
3.2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep your profile information updated.
3.3. One Account: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or age verification requirements. Duplicate accounts will be terminated.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use MeetNew to:
- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any other user.
- Transmit, share, or solicit sexually explicit content involving minors in any form. This is a zero-tolerance policy — see Section 6.
- Share nude, sexually explicit, or graphic content in unsolicited or public contexts outside of consensual private interactions permitted by the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Engage in spam, phishing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the Service.
- Solicit money, financial information, or personal data from other users under false pretenses (fraud, romance scams).
- Use the Service for any commercial solicitation without express written permission from MeetNew.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Violation of any prohibited conduct rule may result in immediate permanent account termination and, where required by law, reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
5. User Content
5.1. Your Content: You retain ownership of content you share through the Service (messages, images, video). By using the Service, you grant MeetNew a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not store video call streams.
5.2. Content Standards: All content you transmit must comply with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of sharing it.
5.3. Content Moderation: MeetNew uses automated on-device and server-side content moderation to detect prohibited content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts of repeat violators.
5.4. No Expectation of Privacy in Reported Content: Content reported by other users for policy violations may be reviewed by our safety team for enforcement purposes.
6. Child Safety and CSAE Prohibition
MeetNew has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
6.1. Absolute Prohibition: The creation, distribution, solicitation, or possession of CSAM or any content that sexualises minors is strictly prohibited. This includes grooming behaviour, sextortion targeting minors, or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with persons under 18.
6.2. Mandatory Reporting: MeetNew will report all detected or reported CSAM and CSAE incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at cybertipline.org, and cooperate fully with law enforcement. We are legally required to make these reports under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
6.3. Account Termination: Any user found engaging in CSAE conduct will have their account permanently terminated and their information provided to law enforcement.
6.4. Report CSAE: If you encounter content or behaviour you believe involves CSAE, report it immediately using the in-app report feature or by emailing meetanyapp@gmail.com — Subject: CHILD SAFETY — URGENT.
7. VIP Subscription and Billing
7.1. VIP Subscription: MeetNew offers a VIP subscription that unlocks premium features and removes all advertising. VIP subscriptions are billed through Google Play on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase).
7.2. Billing: By subscribing to VIP, you authorise Google Play to charge your payment method on the recurring billing cycle. Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
7.3. Auto-Renewal: VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
7.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify VIP pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of VIP after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
8. Refund Policy
8.1. Google Play Refunds: All VIP subscription purchases are processed by Google Play. Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play's standard refund process within 48 hours of charge.
8.2. No Refunds After Use: We do not offer refunds for VIP subscriptions after the subscription period has begun and premium features have been accessed, except as required by applicable law.
8.3. Cancellation: Cancelling your VIP subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain VIP access until the end of the paid period.
8.4. Consumer Rights: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. For full details see our Refund Policy.
9. Termination
9.1. MeetNew reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, CSAE conduct, underage use, fraudulent activity, or creation of a safety risk to other users.
9.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via Settings > App Settings > Delete Account or by emailing meetanyapp@gmail.com.
9.3. Sections 6 (Child Safety), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law & Arbitration) survive termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MeetNew and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if MeetNew has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
MeetNew's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to MeetNew in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeetNew and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; or (e) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
12. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Arbitration
12.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2. Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
12.3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or other legal proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
12.4. Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or enjoin infringement of intellectual property rights or CSAE-related conduct.
12.5. Small Claims: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.
13. US State Privacy Compliance
Utah Minor Protection Act (Effective May 7, 2026)
MeetNew complies with the Utah Minor Protection Act. MeetNew is an 18+ platform restricted to adults only. We do not permit minors to create accounts and employ age assurance mechanisms including Google Play's Age Signals API to enforce this requirement. No features, notifications, or design patterns are targeted at minors.
Louisiana Age Verification Act (Effective July 1, 2026)
Louisiana residents: MeetNew complies with Louisiana R.S. 14:91.14 and related age verification requirements for adult content platforms. Access to MeetNew by persons under 18 is prohibited. We rely on Google Play's age verification and Age Signals API as our age assurance mechanism in compliance with applicable law.
California, Virginia, Colorado, and Other US States
MeetNew respects your privacy rights under applicable US state privacy laws. For data deletion, access, or opt-out requests, contact meetanyapp@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
14. Changes to Terms
MeetNew reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where practicable. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
