MeetNew — Privacy Policy
MeetNew ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MeetNew mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use MeetNew.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to MeetNew – Random Video Chat (package: com.randomchat.videochat.livecall.freevideocall.freevideochat). It does not cover any other application.
By installing or using MeetNew, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MeetNew.
MeetNew is a random video chat platform for adults. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently, minimally, and in compliance with applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete any associated data.

MeetNew does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or users under 18. MeetNew complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as amended, effective April 22, 2026:
- We do not collect biometric data from any user.
- Geolocation data is collected at the country level only — not used to pinpoint precise location.
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be collected by advertising networks for non-VIP users only. VIP users do not receive ads and GAID is not collected for VIP users.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.
- We do not share children's personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Prohibited content and conduct includes:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Sexual grooming or solicitation of minors
- Any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or sexualizes individuals under 18
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
Any user found creating, sharing, distributing, or possessing CSAE content via MeetNew will be:
- Immediately and permanently banned from MeetNew
- Reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
- Reported to applicable local, national, and international law enforcement authorities
MeetNew cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving CSAE and reserves the right to preserve and disclose any relevant data without prior notice to the user.
Child Safety Point of Contact
MeetNew has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact responsible for overseeing our child safety program and coordinating with NCMEC and law enforcement:
MeetNew provides accessible in-app tools to report abuse, CSAE content, harassment, and other policy violations:
- During a video call: Tap the flag/report icon on the call screen to report immediately.
- From a profile: Tap the user's profile → select "Report" → choose a category and add a description.

Reports involving potential CSAE are escalated immediately to our Child Safety Officer and reported to NCMEC as required by law. Users reporting in good faith will not face any penalty.
MeetNew uses Google Play's Age Signals API as a supplementary age assurance layer to restrict access to users under 18.
- Age signal data is used solely for access control — enforcement of our 18+ restriction.
- Age signal data is not stored in our systems beyond the immediate verification check.
- Implemented in compliance with Google Play's policies for age-restricted content platforms.

User-Generated Content
Live video streams are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored by MeetNew.
We use data we collect to:

MeetNew integrates the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

We may share data only in these circumstances:
- Service providers: Firebase and AdMob, under data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Child safety: CSAE reports shared with NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.
- Business transfers: In a merger or acquisition, subject to the same privacy protections.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide MeetNew and meet legal obligations:
- Account profile data is deleted immediately when you delete your account.
- Technical logs (crash reports, performance data) — retained up to 90 days for security and debugging.
- Legal compliance data (NCMEC reports, law enforcement responses) — retained as required by law.

You can delete your MeetNew account at any time:
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Profile data is removed from our systems. Technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

MeetNew uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and Firebase's built-in security infrastructure to protect your data.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable means.
