Welcome to MeetAny. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and services published by MeetAny.

These Terms apply to all applications operated by MeetAny, including but not limited to:

MeetAny – Live Video Chat
MeetNew – Random Video Chat

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our services.

1️⃣ Eligibility

Our services are intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By using our applications, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You will comply with all applicable laws when using the service.

Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using our applications.

2️⃣ User Profiles

To access certain features, users may create a profile within the application.

Profile information may include:

Display name
Date of birth
Gender
Profile photo (optional)

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for all activities associated with their profile.

3️⃣ User Generated Content

Our applications allow users to create and share content. This is referred to as User Generated Content (UGC).

Examples include:

Profile photos
Profile descriptions
Live video interactions
Messages or shared content

Users are responsible for the content they upload or share. Content may be visible to other users depending on how it is shared within the application.

Users must comply with our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.

4️⃣ Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in activities that violate laws or harm other users.

Prohibited activities include:

Harassment or abusive behavior
Sharing illegal or sexually explicit content
Impersonating another individual
Fraudulent or deceptive activities
Attempting to exploit or harm minors

Violations may result in suspension or permanent banning from the platform.

5️⃣ Platform Moderation

MeetAny may monitor and moderate activity on the platform to maintain a safe environment for users.

We reserve the right to:

Remove content that violates policies
Suspend or terminate user accounts
Investigate reports of abuse or misconduct

Users can report violations using reporting tools available in the application.

6️⃣ Platform Recommendations

Our applications may display recommended or suggested profiles as part of the platform’s discovery and connection features.

These recommendations are designed to help users explore the service and discover other profiles more easily.

Suggested profiles may be generated through automated systems or platform features that organize available profiles.

Recommended profiles may not represent users who are currently online or actively using the service at that moment.

7️⃣ Platform Profiles and Discovery Features

Our applications may present profiles through discovery features intended to help users explore the platform.

Profiles may be organized through automated systems based on platform activity, preferences, or discovery mechanisms.

Some profiles displayed in discovery sections may represent users who are not currently engaged in a live session.

Profile presentation within discovery features does not guarantee the real-time availability or participation of other users.

8️⃣ Content Safety & Moderation

MeetAny maintains a safe environment for all users. Our services may use automated tools, safety technologies, and human moderation to detect violations of our policies.

If violations are identified, actions may include:

Content removal
Temporary suspension
Permanent account banning
Reporting to relevant authorities when required by law

Users are encouraged to follow our platform rules and report unsafe behavior.

9️⃣ Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect user information.

🔟 Account Deletion

Users may delete their account using the in-app Delete Account feature.

When an account is deleted, user profile data is removed and the account becomes permanently inactive.

12️⃣ Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Users interact with other users at their own discretion and risk.
