To request user data from MeetAny, please submit:

  • A valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other lawful legal process.

Emergency Requests (Imminent Threat to Life)

MeetAny will respond to emergency requests when there is an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury, even without formal legal process, as permitted under applicable law.

For emergency requests, email meetanyapp@gmail.com with the subject line: EMERGENCY — Law Enforcement — MeetAny. Clearly describe the emergency circumstances and the information needed.

We will review and respond to emergency requests on a priority basis.

4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Reports

MeetAny has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (REPORT Act) and file CyberTips with the NCMEC CyberTipline for all detected or reported CSAM.

If your investigation relates to CSAM reported from MeetAny:

  • Reference the NCMEC CyberTip number in your request.
  • Contact us at meetanyapp@gmail.com with your agency credentials.
  • We will prioritize and cooperate fully with CSAM-related law enforcement requests.

5. Response Times

  • Standard requests: We aim to respond within 14 business days of receiving a valid legal request.
  • Emergency requests: We will review within 24 hours and provide available information as quickly as possible.
  • CSAM/child safety requests: Prioritized — response within 72 hours where possible.

6. International Requests

MeetAny is operated by an international publisher. We cooperate with international law enforcement requests through applicable mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) procedures or equivalent legal frameworks.

For international requests, we recommend also submitting a parallel request to Google LLC for Firebase-held data via Google's official law enforcement request process.

7. Data Preservation Requests

MeetAny will preserve user account data upon receipt of a valid preservation request while formal legal process is being obtained. Preservation requests should be sent to meetanyapp@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Preservation Request — MeetAny.

Preservation is typically maintained for 90 days and may be extended upon request.

8. User Notification Policy

MeetAny may notify users when their account data has been requested by law enforcement, unless:

  • A court order prohibits notification.
