1 About MeetAny

MeetAny is a live social video platform for adults aged 18 and older. Key platform facts for law enforcement:

  • Platform type: Live video chat / social discovery — Android mobile application.
  • Age restriction: 18+ only, enforced via Google Play Age Signals API and date-of-birth registration.
  • Account type: Profile-based — users provide display name, date of birth, and gender. No email login required.
  • Infrastructure: Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Storage, crash reporting).
  • Video: Live sessions are transmitted in real time via WebRTC and are not recorded or stored by MeetAny.
  • Advertising: Google AdMob for non-VIP users.

2 Data Available to Law Enforcement

Subject to valid legal process, MeetAny may be able to provide the following types of data:

Account / Profile Data
  • Display name
  • Date of birth (as entered by user)
  • Gender
  • Profile photo (if uploaded)
  • Account registration timestamp

6 International Requests

MeetAny cooperates with international law enforcement requests through applicable mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) procedures or equivalent legal frameworks.

For international requests, we also recommend submitting a parallel request directly to Google LLC for Firebase-held data via Google's official law enforcement request process, as Google may hold additional infrastructure-level data.

7 Data Preservation Requests

MeetAny will preserve user account data upon receipt of a valid preservation request while formal legal process is being obtained.

  • Send preservation requests to meetanyapp@gmail.com with subject: DATA PRESERVATION REQUEST — MeetAny
  • Preservation is maintained for 90 days and may be extended upon request before expiry.
  • A formal subpoena or court order is required for actual disclosure of preserved data.

8 User Notification Policy

MeetAny may notify users when their account data has been requested by law enforcement, unless:

  • A court order or non-disclosure order prohibits notification.
  • Notification would endanger an ongoing investigation or create risk of harm.
  • The request relates to child safety or an imminent threat to life.
If your legal process includes a non-disclosure or gag order, please indicate this clearly in your submission. We will comply with all valid non-disclosure requirements.
