Privacy Policy- MeetAny
MeetAny ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MeetAny – Live Video Chat mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use MeetAny.
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to MeetAny – Live Video Chat (package: meetany.randomlivecall.videocall.livechat.live.call). It does not cover any other application.
By installing or using MeetAny, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MeetAny.

MeetAny does not target children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or users under 18. MeetAny complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as amended effective April 22, 2026:
- We do not collect biometric data from any user.
- Geolocation data is collected at the country level only and is not used to pinpoint precise location.
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) may be collected by advertising networks for non-VIP users. VIP users do not receive ads and GAID is not collected for VIP users.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18.
- We do not share children's personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
MeetAny uses Google Play's Age Signals API as part of our age assurance system. This API provides age-related signals to help us restrict access to users under 18 years of age.
- Age signal data is used solely for access control and enforcement of our 18+ restriction.
- Age signal data is not stored in our systems beyond what is necessary for the verification check.
- This feature is implemented in compliance with Google Play's policies for apps with age-restricted content.
Profile Information
When you use MeetAny, you may provide:
- Display name
- Date of birth (used for age verification — 18+ enforcement)
- Gender
- Profile photo (optional)
Automatically Collected Information
When you use MeetAny, we may automatically collect:
- Device model and operating system version
- Device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID for non-VIP users)
- Application version
- Network information
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- App interaction events
- Country-level location (not precise geolocation)
User-Generated Content
MeetAny allows you to create profile content and engage in live video sessions. Live video streams are transmitted in real time and are not recorded or stored by MeetAny.

MeetAny integrates the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase — Cloud infrastructure, authentication, crash reporting, and performance monitoring. Firebase Privacy Policy
- Google AdMob — Ad delivery for non-VIP users. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers. Google Privacy Policy
- Google Play Billing — VIP subscription processing. Google Play Privacy
- Google Play Age Signals API — Age assurance for 18+ enforcement.
We may share data in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted third parties (Firebase, AdMob) that help us operate MeetAny, subject to data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Child safety: Reports of child exploitation are shared with NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred subject to the same privacy protections.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide MeetAny and meet legal obligations.
- Account profile data is deleted when you delete your account using the in-app deletion feature.
- Technical logs (crash reports, performance data) may be retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
- Data required for legal compliance (e.g., NCMEC reports, law enforcement responses) may be retained as required by law.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).

California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA)
Residents of these states have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of processing for targeted advertising and profiling. Contact us at meetanyapp@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Utah Minor Protection Act (Effective May 7, 2026)
MeetAny complies with the Utah Minor Protection in Social Media Act. MeetAny is an 18+ platform and does not permit minors to register or use the service. We implement age assurance mechanisms including Google Play's Age Signals API to enforce this restriction.
Louisiana Age Verification Law (Effective July 1, 2026)
MeetAny complies with Louisiana's age verification requirements. We implement age assurance mechanisms to verify that users are 18 or older before accessing the platform.
You can delete your MeetAny account at any time through the app:
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile data will be removed from our systems. Technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

MeetAny uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and Firebase's built-in security features to protect your data.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable means.
