Welcome to MeetNew – Random Video Call App (“MeetNew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided through the Google Play Store and other channels. By accessing or using MeetNew, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue your use of our Service immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

5. Prohibited Behavior and CSEA Prevention

5.1 Prohibited Behavior in Video Calls and Chats

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited on MeetNew:

Explicit or Sexual Content:
  • Displaying yourself in video calls or chats while naked or wearing minimal clothing (e.g., underwear only) is not allowed.
  • Showing a naked torso without also displaying your face is prohibited.
  • Positioning your webcam below chest level is disallowed.
  • Displaying or flashing your genitals or other intimate parts is strictly forbidden.
  • Engaging in any sexualized gestures, language, or behavior intended to be explicit or provocative is not acceptable.
  • Soliciting virtual or cyber-sex or encouraging sexually explicit interactions will result in immediate action.

5.2 Zero Tolerance for CSEA

  • Child Safety Standards: MeetNew is strictly for adults. Under no circumstances will our Service permit any content, communication, or behavior that involves or promotes child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA).
  • Mandatory Reporting: Any activity or content that may be associated with CSEA will result in immediate account suspension, and we will report the incident to the appropriate law enforcement authorities without delay.

Violations of these provisions may lead to immediate termination of your account and permanent banning from our Service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership:
     All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to MeetNew are owned by or licensed to us.

  • Usage Restrictions:
     You may not use our intellectual property without our express permission, except as necessary for using our Service in compliance with these Terms.
